Bloodlines can be heard playing in Club Confession. Needle's Eye can be heard playing on the haven radio at the end of one of the Deb of Night broadcasts. Smaller God can be heard playing on the radio on the Santa Monica beach, and later in club at the Empire Arms Hotel. 
Isolated can be heard playing in The Asylum. The tracks are featured in-game in the following locations, in rough order of appearance: The video for Swamped was also included as a bonus track. This album was followed up nearly 15 years later with the 2019 release of the VTM: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines Score. Despite this, many of the songs are extremely fitting and have become iconic among the fanbase. The licensed tracks were all chosen for inclusion in the game by publisher Activision without input from the development team at Troika. "Bloodlines" by Ministry was composed and performed specifically for the game. It was released the same day as the game itself, November 16, 2004. A sequel is scheduled for release by Paradox Interactive in early 2020.The Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines Soundtrack was a limited edition audio CD soundtrack that was released as a promotional item for people preordering VTM: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines from Best Buy. Based on the White Wolf tabletop roleplaying game Vampire: The Masquerade, Bloodlines follows a character who is killed and subsequently revived as a fledgling vampire.
